More than four (4) children require additional team members. No more than two (2) children under the age of 24 months per team member.
Time-and-a-half if service exceeds 8 hours per sitting, holidays & holiday weekends (including the weeks of Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year). Double-time if service exceeds 12 hours per sitting.
1-week cancellation required for all special events. Cancellations will be charged the full duration of the scheduled booking(s) for both the agency and the team member(s), in addition to a 10% service fee. Fees are charged to your credit card. There are no exceptions
