Enhance Your Family’s Routine With Our Expert Long-Term Services
Candidates
Team members employed with Grapevine Placement Agency are experienced, able to take charge of any household and are considered to be professional service providers.
Long-term is defined as a period of 12 weeks or more.
Upon filling out our in-depth application there is an application fee of $500. Once your long-term placement is finalized, the 15% of the candidates estimated gross annual compensation is due.
Long-term employment includes both part-time and full-time placements. Long-term employment also includes both live-in and live-out placements. Part-time is defined as an employment arrangement for 30 hours per week or less. Full-time is defined as an employment arrangement greater than 30 hours per week.
All clients must pay a non-refundable and non-transferrable application fee of $500 once the application has been filled out and your family consult is scheduled. Once the consult is completed, the search for your perfect match begins.
The agency placement fee is 15% of the candidate’s gross annual compensation (52-weeks). There is a minimum fee of $5,000 for a full-time placement and minimum fee of $3,500 for a part-time placement. The agency fees are a one time fee and are are due upon submission of a written signed agreement by both parties.
Candidate rates
Hourly rate or salary is based on the families specific needs and circumstances as well as the team member’s experience.
The hourly comepetive rate within the industry can range between $25-$60 per hour.

Begin the Matching Process
Send in your family application and sign the client & agency agreement. When we receive the signed contract confirming your understanding of the terms and agreement to pay our fees, our search for the perfect candidate will begin.

Understanding You
A personal, in-depth interview will be scheduled so that we can determine your family’s specific needs.

Handpicked Candidates
A selection of candidates will be compiled for your consideration. In order to save time, most clients prefer that the candidate pool is narrowed down to those that would best fulfill their specific needs. Your family will receive the profiles of each potential candidate to look over, and we will schedule personal interviews with the candidates that you would like to meet.

Test the Waters
Once you have identified the ideal candidate, we recommend scheduling a 2-5 day trial working period in order for you and the candidate to make sure that it’s a good fit.
