Candidates
Team members employed with Grapevine Placement Agency are experienced, able to take charge of any household and are considered to be professional service providers.
Long-term is defined as a period of 12 weeks or more.
Upon filling out our in-depth application there is an application fee of $750. Once your long-term placement is finalized, the 15% of the candidates estimated gross annual compensation is due.
To begin, our application fee is $750. Once the online application has been completed, your over the phone family consult is scheduled and the search for your perfect match begins!
To conclude your placement, our agency placement fee is 15% of the candidate’s gross annual compensation ($5,000 minimum).
Candidate rates
Hourly rate or salary is based on the families specific needs and circumstances as well as the team member’s experience.
The hourly comepetive rate within the industry can range between $25-$45 per hour.

Begin the Matching Process
Send in your family application and sign the client & agency agreement. When we receive the signed contract confirming your understanding of the terms and agreement to pay our fees, our search for the perfect candidate will begin.

A personal, in-depth interview will be scheduled so that we can determine your family’s specific needs.

Handpicked Candidates
A selection of candidates will be compiled for your consideration. In order to save time, most clients prefer that the candidate pool is narrowed down to those that would best fulfill their specific needs. Your family will receive the profiles of each potential candidate to look over, and we will schedule personal interviews with the candidates that you would like to meet.

Test the Waters
Once you have identified the ideal candidate, we recommend scheduling a 2-5 day trial working period in order for you and the candidate to make sure that it’s a good fit.
