Understanding that each client’s needs are distinctive, we ensure that our pre-screened team members are available to seamlessly fit into your schedule, even if it varies week-to-week. With the capability to provide up to 30 hours of exceptional care, you have the freedom to customize as your plans unfold. Although fees and salaries differ based on location and the specific needs of your household, one thing remains certain: our commitment to offering the highest quality of assistance to match your premium expectations. 24-hour cancellation notice is required. If 24-hour notice is not given, a $25 service fee, in addition to the 4-hour minimum, will be charged.
Receiving the same team member is not guaranteed for all on-call services.
No more than two (2) children under the age of 24 months per team member.
These services do not include interviews.
Gratuity is optional for all services. Any additional appreciation of our services is graciously accepted.
Time-and-a-half if service exceeds 8 hours per sitting and all holidays, including all major holiday weekends. Double-time if service exceeds 12 hours per sitting.
