The agency fee is $12 per hour for every hour the team member is scheduled for. Upon submission, the 4-hour minimum agency fee per sitting is charged to the credit card provided and is non-refundable and non-transferable.

$25-30 per hour
0-6 months:
$30 per hour
2 Children:
$30-35 per hour
6-12 months:
$28 per hour
3 Children:
$35-40 per hour
12-18 months:
$26 per hour
4 Children:
$40-50 per hour
18 months+:
$25 per hour
$10 – $40 Travel Fee depending on location per sitting.
Rates are subject to change, may vary depending on the age(s) of the child/ren, circumstances & if families are sharing a nanny (not siblings).
Time-and-a-half if service exceeds 8 hrs. per sitting, holidays & holiday weekends (including the weeks of Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year). Double-time if service exceeds 12 hrs. per sitting.
$50 rush booking fee for bookings within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy : Upon submission, the 4-hour minimum per sitting is charged to the credit card provided at the time of your booking and is non-refundable and non-transferable. We strictly enforce a 48-hour cancellation for all standard bookings. All cancellations must be made within business hours. Cancellations made after our notice requirements will be charged the full duration of the scheduled booking(s) for both the agency and the team member(s), in addition to a 10% service fee. Fees are charged to your credit card. There are no exceptions.
